Our Residence, lies in Moniga on the south west side of lake Garda and is made by 32 apartments divided in 6 buildings on a big area with green, olives and two shared swimmingpools with sunloungers and parasols.

All lake Garda villages, Verona, Mantova, Milano and Venice are reachable and they are the ideal place for a day tour.

One, two or three bedrooms, to satisfy all your needings, either you are a couple, a family or a large group.

Every apartment has lake Garda view from Sirmione to Desenzano, a huge patio or balcony to eat outside enjoying the open air with all your family or friends. Finely furnished, with SAT TV and DVD, well equipped kitchen incorporeted in the livingroom with fridge, microwave, cooker, kattle, cultery, dishes. And to rest, a modern and complete bedroom, with king-size bed and two single beds in the second bedroom will be there for you. Aircondition in all rooms.

The lake front, where you will find the new touristic Moniga harbour and the beach, is about 200m away, the town's historic centre is a 5 minute walk.
