Lake Garda is one of the most loved destinations by Italian and European families, and it is not hard to see why: quiet beaches, some of the most important theme parks in Europe, safe cycle paths and a mild climate from March to November. Eos is no exception: from the Relais you have everything within easy reach, from the beach to the on-site playground, from cycle paths to the big theme parks.
Beaches and lake
The beach of Moniga is 200 metres from the Relais: sand, shallow and calm waters, ideal for children. A few minutes' walk away you will also find the equipped lido with sun loungers and umbrellas. If you want to explore other beaches, the Brescia side offers dozens of options: Desenzano, Sirmione (Jamaica beach), Padenghe, Salò. All reachable in 15-30 minutes by car.
Theme parks
Lake Garda is the Italian capital of theme parks: in 20-40 minutes from the Relais you can reach the most famous ones. Perfect for a day (or two) of fun:
- Gardaland — the number 1 theme park in Italy, in Castelnuovo del Garda (25 km). Roller coasters, shows, children's area. Ideal for a full day.
- Caneva Aquapark — water park in Lazise (30 km). Slides, wave pools, children's area. From June to September.
- Movieland — the cinema park, also in Lazise. Film-themed attractions, live stunt shows, perfect for older children.
- Medieval Times — dinner show with knights' tournament, also in Lazise. Perfect for a family evening.
Bikes and walks
The Lake Garda cycle path is a safe, flat route that runs alongside the lake for tens of kilometres. The most beautiful section for families is the one between Moniga, Desenzano and Sirmione: protected, shaded path with rest points and ice cream parlours. You can rent bikes in the village or ask at reception: we will tell you where to find them.
What to do when it rains
Lake Garda also has its rainy days, and they are an opportunity to discover other things. The Mille Miglia Museum in Brescia, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium, the Nicolis Museum in Villafranca (vintage cars and motorbikes) are perfect destinations for an indoor day. Alternatively, a trip to Verona or Brescia for museums, shopping and coffee.

At the Relais you will also find the playground, the football pitch and two pools with a shallow area of 55 cm designed for children. In short, the little ones have fun even without leaving the property.
